Wedding Services
Day of Coordinator Services
Prior to the day of the wedding:
- Carry out meetings to review wedding details and to ensure deadlines are met
- Review contracts with vendors and venues
- Create a wedding timeline
- Attend a venue walk through and venue meeting
- Assist and guide through the wedding rehearsal
On the day of the wedding:
- Manage and direct wedding party members and guests throughout the ceremony/reception
- Point of contact for the entire wedding day
- Coordinate with vendors and musicians throughout the day
- Facilitate the wedding ceremony
- Oversee all personnel
- Ensure the décor and setup at the ceremony & reception sites are accurate according to the bride and groom’s instructions
- Assist in handing out final payments or gratuities to vendor
